    Bargain Hunters

To make up for the cheap shopping I'm going to miss (since the Thailand trip's cancelled), I headed to Bugis Street to check out the new 400 shops with my sister.

Man, it's like a maze in there. We kept going round and round, and kept passing the same shops we've seen. After the entire afternoon there, I'm not even sure if we've checked out every single one of them.

Anyway, the stuff there are aplenty and really reasonably priced. It's practically a pseudo-Bangkok! Shopping haven!

I'm so pleased with my buys - there's not a single piece that's more than 20 bucks!

    The faves:

    Skirt: $19.90
Bohemian skirts are the essential wardrobe piece this summer. However, most are either full or 3/4 length, which will only make me look shorter than I already am. I've finally found a pretty knee-length skirt and in my current favourite shade too! Yay...

    Belt: $16.00
Goes with the skirt perfectly. I'm hardly a fan of belts but this one is really appealing.

Amongst the other things I bought, I also got a charm bracelet for my sister and myself. Mine's the one on the left, made from real shell. Cheap cheap : 3 for $10.00

Little monkeys heading home after the bargain shopping... whee hoo!
